His formal medical education and practice spanned across India, U.K and Singapore over the last 2 decades where he lead teams and developed services in advanced psychiatric hospitals. With the zeal to teach he was faculty in various medical schools in UK and later in Singapore where he taught medical students, junior doctors and medical colleagues. He also conducted several training programs, delivered talks, conducted workshops in international conferences and has publications in medical journals.

His values grounded in spirituality and social responsibility saw manifestation in the works such as Samskrita Bharati movement spreading ancient Indian language in U.K and Singapore, pioneering rural health clinic ‘Arogyaraksha’ near Visakhapatnam, India (www.arogyaraksha.com) and finally dedicating his life’s energy in ‘SOHAM’ that spreads universal ancient wisdom for the modern generation. In his spare time beyond his primary work in rural health clinic and clinical psychiatry practice in the Visakhapatnam City, Dr. Malladi is seen actively involved in local communities, engaging youth in schools, colleges to raise awareness about mental health and primary healthcare. His life’s mission is dedicated in spreading the essence of ancient wisdom of Sanatana Dharma and making it relevant for the common modern man. His activities include Spoken samskritam workshops and teaching exam oriented samskritam course, as a Samskrita Bharati karyakarta and conduct webinars and workshops on Application of Principles of Sanatana Dharma in personal and social development. these webinars are conducted in English and Telugu. Recently he began teaching Bhagavadgita to adults in Telugu.
